The "Proper" Process
Vehicle Preparation
-MovinAds will prepare your vehicle by removing road grime, wax and foreign matter. This ensures proper vinyl adhesion.
-When possible, vehicle badges, tail lights, head lights, licence plates as well as some other non essential vehicle trim may be removed as seen in Section 1 below. All items are then replaced after proper vinyl installation.
Materials
-MovinAds uses high quality wrap vinyl which has a life expectancy of 5-8 years.
-All graphics are printed using a state of the art HP 10000 printer. At 720 dpi, 6 color heads, and Low-Solvent UV ink, your vehicle wrap will be vibrant and durable.
-We add to the durability with a UV laminate for long life.
Installation
-MovinAds wraps are installed in house by our professionally trained installers.
-The product being installed is a vehicle wrap and unlike a paint job, there will be seems and patches which are necessary to cover the entire vehicle and its contours and irregularities.
-In order to cover the entire vehicle the vinyl is heated, pulled and stretched over heavily contoured areas. See Section 2 below.
